Wilson Strategic Investments was created to provide investment and management resources to companies with revenue of $1 million to $5 million, undergoing rapid growth, turnaround or retirement situations.  Our geographic areas of interest are the Mid-Atlantic states.

Our company consists of a team of executives experienced in finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and sales management.  We have led companies during periods of high growth, restructurings and management transitions.

We have recently completed an initial round of funding for a start-up.  Our investment will be mid-six figures and will be for capex and working capital purposes.  Our goal is to have the management of this company have it be cash positive within eighteen months from startup.
